To provide low cost accommodation for the members.
To extend and improve medical facilities for the members of the Foundation.
To award scholarships to the dependants of the beneficiaries studying in recognised educational institutions.
To provide grants in case of death of any of the beneficiaries.
To provide grants in case of marriages of the daughters and sons of the deserving members.
To provide jobs to the retired beneficiaries.
To do all such other things as are incidental or conducive to the attainment of the above object or any of them or to the carrying out of the objectives of Foundation.
(a) The rate of compensation in death cases, will be as under (subject to increase and decrease) by the Chairman/Board of Governor, EEF, NWFP :-

(b) The rate of aid out of EEF, Funds for marriages of members, their Sons/Daughters, award of scholarships and medical facilities, will be the discretion of the Chairman/Board of Governors, EEF, NWFP and shall be decided as and when required.
(C) Before the Compensation to widows/legal heirs is paid, the widow concerned shall have to provide non-remarriage/non-separation certificate duly attested by the competent authority alongwith the application form. As such certificates are to be examined by the Heads of Office/Institutions before onward transmission in a consolidated form to the Managing Director, EEF, NWFP.
(d) In case the deceased member was un-married, his/her legal heirs, shall have to produce legal heirs certificate (with shares) duly attested by the Magistrate/Tehsildar of the Illaqa.
Education Foundation Fund
The fund which shall constitute the capital of the foundation and shall be raised from the following sources:-
(i) Grant-in-Aid provided by the Government.
(ii) Monthly contributions of the members towards the foundations.
(iii) Donations received from the Philanthropists.
(iV) Profits from the other projects and deposits etc; of the Foundation.
