ADP Preparation & Approval Process

  1. Call letters to line departments for the submission of the projects to be included in the Annual development plan. (Nov.)
  2. Receive proposals from line departments/district governments. (Jan)
  3. Receive anticipated development budget figures from the Finance department. (Jan-Feb)
  4. Appraisal of proposals and preparation of first draft. (March)
  5. Meetings with line agencies and preparation of 2nd draft (April)
  6. Preparation of final draft.(May)
  7. Submission of final draft ADP to Chief Minister NWFP.(May-Jun)
  8. After getting clearance from Provincial Cabinet final draft ADP is submitted to Provincial Assembly for approval (June)
  9. Circulation of printed copies of the ADP to all line departments for execution/implementation (July)
