Introduction of male mobilizers for creating
awareness in male segment of the community for responsible
parenthood and behavior change towards small family
norms .
Introduction of improved level of pre-service
training for all cadres of technical and non-technical
employees.

in mobile service units on fixed salary basis.
Training of 47 master trainers of ulema/pesh
imams to provide further training to at district levels.
