Staff Training Institute is an integral part of Establishment & Administration Department Government of NWFP. The STI impart in-service training courses for the employees of the Civil/FATA Secretariats, Attached Departments, District/Local Government Departments and Autonomous/Semi Autonomous Bodies working in NWFP to enhance the knowledge base and professional skills of the trainees by giving them a thorough working knowledge of the office management procedures i.e.  Secretariat procedures, practices, and practical/hands on keys training in information technology/computers.
