The management of Staff Training Institute is mandated to analyze
departmental, organizational, group and individual needs from
training perspective and design courses and offer short term,
long term and customized training courses accordingly.
The management besides providing financial and human resource
engages faculty, experts, and invites guest speakers of eminence
to provide a stimulating learning environment to the participants
of various training courses.
Staff Training Institute management comprises provincial
government officers who have distinguished variety of experiences
