Organization of Staff Training Institute, Establishment Department, Government of NWFP. 

The Staff Training Institute is divided into two wings. These are as follows:

Training Wing

Training Wing is headed by a Deputy Secretary-cum-Deputy Director (Training) and is assisted by an Instructor-cum-Section Officer (Training), Training Officer and other supporting Staff. This wing is responsible for planning, analyzing, organizing and conducting the capacity building training courses in accordance with the approved plan under the direction of the Director, STI. Faculty members are required to attend all training activities without exception. The wing provides all the required training support to the resource persons/ guest speakers and participants. Keeping complete record of training and research related activities/hand books/briefings are also handled by this Wing.

Administration Wing

This Wing is headed by a Deputy Secretary-cum-Deputy Director (Administration) and is assisted by an Instructor-cum-Section Officer (Administration) and other supporting staff. The wing is responsible for Financial Management maintenance and upkeep of assets of the Institute and providing administrative support to the Training Wings for smooth conduct of training activities.
