The workers of the establishments apply for education benefits through their respective District Committees on proper application form duly verified/signed by the employer concerned and Head of educational institutions in which the workers child is studying. After receipts of applications, Convenors of District Committees arrange meetings of the Committee No.II at District level for consideration/approval of applications. After the approval of application forms in District Committees meetings, the Convenors of the District Committees submit all the application forms alongwith consolidated demands of the amount to the Headquarter Office of the Workers' Children Education Board. After necessary scrutiny of the application forms in Board Office and approval of Committee No. I at Provincial level, the Board Office release the amount to committees concerned in shape of cross cheques. The District Committees disburse the approved amount to the workers through cheques.
