| The center
would be providing excellent IT training/software development
environment to IT graduates to be selected from different
public/private sector Universities for period of six
months. The selected graduates will be managed in the
following four major groups as per their areas of interests/expertise:-
- Web application group
- Business Applications Development group
- Network management group
- Project management group
Initially the selected graduates will be given two
weeks extensive practical training through Master trainers
to polish their practical skills. After the training
these graduates will be placed in the said groups and
different IT projects will be assigned to these groups.
The projects will be identified by the Directorate of
IT in consultation with the line departments according
to their needs/requirement. Each individual project
would be completed in the specified time of six months.
Total five (5) number of batches would be executed in
the duration of 30 months.
