MPA and Chairman DDAC Malakand, Syed Muhammad Ali Shah Bacha has said that the lawyers community has recently played a pivotal role for the independence of judiciary and stability of democratic institutions which he added was being appreciated by all political forces.

            This he said while handing over a cheque of Rs.  5 lac on behalf of Provincial Finance Minister, Engr. Muhammad Humayun Khan to the newly elected President Dargai Bar Association, Ziaullah Khan Advocate at Civil Secretariat Peshawar on Thursday. On this occasion, Muhammad Riaz Advocate, Islam Khan Advocate, Finance Secretary of Dargai Bar and PPP Vice President District Malakand, Fazal Haq were also present.

            It may be recalled that the Provincial Finance Minister had announced the donation of Rs. 5 lac on the eve of oath taking ceremony of the new elected cabinet of Dargai Bar Association last month. MPA Syed Muhammad Ali Shah Bacha handed over the said cheque to the President of Dargai Bar today accordingly.
